Judicial Analytics

Judicial analytics is the generic term used to describe the use of big data techniques to extract predictions or detect biases from bulk textual analysis of past decisions. The availability of techniques such as machine learning (ML) and natural language processing (NLP) have enabled the development of more powerful analytics tools by making it possible to find patterns in, and predict outcomes from, large amounts of data in ways that could not be achieved by human analysis or simpler technologies.
