Duxbury tables

Tables of figures compiled according to the method approved in the case of Duxbury v Duxbury (Note) [1992] Fam 62 in order to capitalise income needs or payments over a period of time and express them as a lump sum for the purposes of an award, usually in ancillary relief proceedings, though they can be used for other types of case.

Duxbury Tables are regularly updated and are published by the Family Law Bar Association (FLBA) in At a Glance: Essential Court Tables for Ancillary Relief (Class Legal)
