Case Law Browsing
ICLR Online has already been equipped with simple but powerful search tools. The existing basic and advanced search forms are now complemented by an easy to use case browsing function. Simply click on one of a list of our different series of current or historic law reports, select a year or volume, and browse among the cases listed. You can re-sort the results by name or date or order of publication.

Legislation
For the past 150 years, ICLR’s law reports have represented the gold standard in case law reporting in England and Wales. We recognise, however, that the common law does not exist in a vacuum and we are pleased to announce that ICLR Online now provides access to the entire UK statute book, past and present.
Legislation view
Working with The National Archives, ICLR have been able to integrate the breadth and depth of the legislation.gov.uk database into ICLR Online’s interface to provide users with seamless access to an archive of case law spanning 150 years and an archive of legislation currently in force dating back to 1267.
Session History
In between browsing for cases and searching across almost 750 year’s worth of primary and secondary legislation, it helps to have a way of getting back to that piece of content you were reading five minutes ago.
Session History view
ICLR Online’s new History function records every case and legislative provision opened during a research session, enabling users to recall or save viewed content for a later date, either by downloading it locally or via a link preserved in the Briefcase function.
