The Public & Third Sector Law Reports (Online)
The Public and Third Sector Law Reports provide extended coverage of cases on charity, social enterprise and public service law.
Launched in 2009, The PTSR is designed to meet the needs of specialist lawyers and all those involved in the provision of public and community services, particularly local authorities and welfare and charitable organisations. Adding to the core coverage already provided by The Law Reports and the Weekly Law Reports, the editors select significant new cases on a range of subjects including adoption, charity, ecclesiastical law, education, environment, health, housing, licensing, planning and social security law.
Courts covered include all Divisions of the High Court, the Court of Appeal, Supreme Court and the European Court of Justice, as well as specialist courts such as the Upper Tribunal and ecclesiastical courts.
As well as the full case reports, The Public and Third Sector Law Reports online service includes PTSR Digests, summarising useful recent points of law and practice.
