The Public and Third Sector Law Reports provide essential coverage of cases on charity, social enterprise and public service law.
Launched in 2009, The PTSR is designed to meet the needs of specialist lawyers and all those involved in the provision of public and community services, particularly local authorities and welfare and charitable organisations.
The editors select the most important cases on a range of subjects including adoption, charity, ecclesiastical law, education, environment, health, housing, licensing, planning, police and social security law.
Courts covered include all Divisions of the High Court, the Court of Appeal, Supreme Court and the European Court of Justice, as well as specialist courts such as the Upper Tribunal and ecclesiastical courts.
As well as the full case reports, the monthly printed parts include The PTSR Digests summarising useful recent points of law and practice, and a cumulative index of the year’s cases.
The PTSR Volume Service includes monthly delivery of paper parts as well as a separate bound volume containing the full reports and a reprint of the year’s digests.
